Founded eBazoo after years in software architecture and eCommerce.
eBazoo builds reliable, intelligent and high-performance technology for eCommerce, starting with apps that help Shopify merchants sell, pick, pack and keep their store in good shape.
eBazoo Technologies is a startup founded by Seri in March 2026 with a clear vision: to build innovative, scalable technology that empowers the eCommerce industry.
Before founding eBazoo, Seri spent 4.5 years at NetSol Technologies as a Senior Software Architect, followed by one year at SHE EDGE as a Digital Content & E-Commerce Executive. These experiences built a strong foundation in software engineering, system architecture, and the practical side of eCommerce.
At eBazoo, we use that experience to develop Shopify apps and software that solve real problems for online businesses. We focus on building reliable, easy-to-use products that integrate naturally with Shopify and grow alongside the businesses that depend on them.
Our expertise spans Shopify development, backend engineering, AWS cloud infrastructure, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), voice agents, and workflow automation.
Our goal is simple: to make technology more useful, simplify everyday business challenges, and help eCommerce businesses grow with confidence.
We build technology that solves real problems, simplifies complex workflows and creates long-term value. Today that means Shopify apps that each do one job well, and AI-powered products are part of our plans.
Strategy, engineering, product and growth, working as one studio with one standard of craft. Hover a card to see what each of us owns.

Chief Technology Officer
Leads engineering: architecture, security, hosting and every release.

Chief Product Officer & Frontend Lead
Shapes how every app looks and works, from first sketch to last pixel.

Chief Marketing Officer & Customer Operations Lead
Runs marketing and support, so every merchant gets a good answer.
Every app goes from planning to production, then a private beta with real stores, then the Shopify App Store. Future dates are planned; each launch goes live when Shopify approves it.
Every app shares one foundation, built on Shopify’s newest APIs and frontier AI, and we write our own engines where nothing off the shelf was good enough.
One design system behind every app.
Prism is the front-end kit our Shopify apps are built on: React and TypeScript on Shopify’s Polaris web components, with ready-made plans and billing pages, usage meters, Help & Support, date pickers and print flows. Every new app starts from it, so it feels native to Shopify and ships with every shared feature from day one.
How our apps talk to Shopify.
Orbit is our Shopify back-end toolkit: Admin GraphQL with expiring tokens refreshed safely, bulk operations, webhooks and Events that never count twice, the Billing API with trials and plan grants, and single sign-on for our staff consoles.
Change the app without a new release.
Every Mobile App Builder app is a native Flutter app that draws its screens from a published design, not hard-coded layouts. Merchants publish in Design Studio, and installed apps pick up the new design the next time they open, with no App Store review. The Studio preview runs the same engine compiled for the web, so what you see is what ships.
Shopify’s own checkout, inside a native app.
Catalog, cart and customer accounts come straight from Shopify’s Storefront and Customer Account APIs, and checkout runs in Shopify’s native Checkout Sheet Kit, so prices, stock and payments are always Shopify’s. Push notifications go out over Firebase Cloud Messaging, and a cloud build pipeline signs and submits each release from the merchant’s own developer accounts.
Your catalog in, a first design out.
Claude reads the store’s catalog and brand, never its customers, and drafts the app design, translations and push copy as validated structured output, so a reply can’t break the design. Usage is metered in credits, refunded if a job fails.
Let AI assistants work on your app.
A Model Context Protocol server lets AI assistants such as Claude work on a merchant’s app with a personal key. Their changes land in the Studio draft, marked “Changed by AI assistant”, until the merchant publishes.
Fresh data without polling.
Our apps keep a lean copy of only the fields they need, filled by Shopify bulk operations and kept current by Shopify Events with field-level triggers. A price change never wakes our servers unless an app needs it, and nightly reconciliation catches anything missed.
Every broken link, matched with a reason.
A matcher scores each broken address against live products, collections, pages and posts (same handle, copy numbers, moved types, shared words, typos, old-platform URLs) and explains its confidence. A 404 that matches nothing goes to the home page with a real 301. The tracker is a theme app embed that runs only on the 404 page, behind Shopify’s signed app proxy.
Today our apps run on our own servers behind Cloudflare. Alongside our Shopify work, we are building out cloud infrastructure and AI-powered solutions on AWS, and these are the services and practices we are building them on.
